According to Osmani, in order to reach such an agreement, it is necessary that the parliament be presented with a platform of negotiations, which should receive wide support. Also, the speaker of the Kosovo parliament said that the process of negotiations with Serbia should be transparent. Recall that on the same day, the Special Representative of US President Donald Trump for Kosovo, Richard Grenell, said that there were no talks without surprises.
