Pavel Durov again greeted unlocking Telegram in Russia, praising the participants of the so-called digital resistance levels which helped the Russians to circumvent the ban and keep access messenger. The head of the Telegram noted that it is impossible to stop, and therefore asked resisters to switch its efforts on those countries where the service remains outside the law - Iran and China.
