Ukraine declared emergency meeting of foreign Ministers of the Normandy Quartet

The head of the foreign Ministry of Ukraine Dmitry Kuleba announced the holding soon of a new meeting of the Normandy four at the level of foreign Ministers. According to him, the sides will discuss the decisions that contribute to establishing peace in the Donbass. However, Kiev still can not fulfill the agreements from the Normandy summit, to which indicate in the West. Implementation of the agreements required a new impetus, I think in Berlin, as well as compromise.
