The state Duma is ready to appeal to the head of the Bank of Russia Elvira Nabiullina with a proposal to extend until November 1, the program of preferential mortgage at 6.5% for the whole year. Now it is one of the most popular tools on the market: in mid-June, the Governor of Moscow region Andrei Vorobyov told President Putin that at present, almost all housing in the region is sold through this program.
