The Venice Commission's decision biased

Commenting on the conclusions of the Venice Commission of the Council of Europe in relation to the insertion in the fundamental law of the Russian Federation changes the experts of the Information Agency said that its surprise decision was not. The Commission logically develops the provisions of the European conventions, and it was hard to expect something else. But Russia should proceed from the need to protect their own Constitution, especially as in some Western countries, the decisions of the ECHR are executed only when they coincide with local laws of certain countries.

Over the past 24 hours, 636 people have died of coronavirus in Italy, 6 Borrelli, the country's civil defence chief, said at a briefing on April 6.
