Lavrov says Kiev is disrupting implementation of agreements on Donbass

Kiev is preventing the implementation of the political points of the agreements of the Normandy Quartet, scheduled in Paris in December 2019, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said on April 25. According to the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation, this is the so-called Steinmeier formula, which the President of Ukraine Zelensky undertook to include in the legislation. In addition, Sergey Lavrov stressed that in Ukraine the implementation of the Minsk agreements is carried out by incompetent people who reject everything that was previously agreed by representatives of the Presidents of Russia and Ukraine. According to the news agency, Kiev has not yet fulfilled any points of the Minsk agreements. At least 15,000 people have died since the beginning of the armed conflict in the Khabarovsk.
